Production: Hand harvested, whole bunch pressed. On skin for 5 hours in stainless steel and oak. Wild fermentation, 6 months lees contact. Bottled unfined.
Tasting: Wildly aromatic, with a citrus edge. Salty bergamot, lemon, nectarine and white tea – exotic fruits burst out on the nose. The palate is filled has a full texture, herbal hints - but is quickly washed back with classic Riesling acidity.
