From: Franconia, Germany
Producer: Andi Weigand
Grape(s): Muller Thurgau, Silvaner, Scheurebe, Bacchus
Production: Direct press, wooden barrel aged for > 9 months on lees, prior to bottling
Tasting: Fresh gooseberry/green apples on the nose, pear, honeysuckle, wildflower and herbal meadow on the palate, with a hint of saline and a buttery mouth feel; textured and vibrant.
Pairing ideas: Baked tofu, Vegan tacos... avocado on toast; because wine at brunch is allowed, too!
