Would you like to benefit from an ancient Chinese system of breathing exercises and Chinese yoga?
Slow body movements together with deep breathing techniques were found to promote personal benefits to those who practiced them.
These include generating more personal energy, a strengthening respiratory system, greater body flexibility and an enhanced feeling of well-being.
New small friendly classes starting for beginners throughout the day and evening every Monday.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and trainers or pumps. Suitable for all ages (under 16yrs old must be accompanied by a parent) and no previous experience required.
